Recipe of the "Original" Pizza

Dissolve yeast in warm water, pour in cold milk and stir. Margarine chop and mix with flour, add yeast, sugar, egg, knead the dough (as for cakes) and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then roll the dough into the bed, lay out on baking sheet, greased. Top dough with tomato sauce and soak the layers to lay out the stuffing. The first layer - chopped pieces of meat or sausage, the second layer - mushrooms, fried with onions. Top pizza sprinkled with grated cheese and pour a mixture of mayonnaise with beaten egg. Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes. The finished pizza, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.


Pizza Dough: wheat flour - 700 g, sugar - 2 tbsp. tablespoons margarine - 150 g, egg - 1 pc., yeast - 30 g, milk - 200 g, water (warm) - 100 g, salt.

Pizza Toppings: any meat (boiled) - 100 g, sausage - 50 g mushrooms - 50 g, cheese - 50 g, egg - 1 pc., tomato sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons, onion - 1 pc., parsley (green) - 2 tbsp. spoon ground pepper, salt.
